"You are a product
of every decision you have ever made.
Each
decision...each action...each moment...has led you to where you stand today."

ABOUT
COACHING
Coaching is an action-oriented process where the coach and the client meet regularly,
with the coach’s aim being to support the client in any possible way.
Together
we look at where you are and what you want to achieve. I work with you to
find new skills to work through the process of change. At times, I am nothing
more than an unbiased sounding board for you to bounce ideas off.
Busy lives can leave us feeling isolated and without support. It is easy
to lose sight of our dreams, our passions and what we really want out of life.
We may struggle with our choices about career path or have no clear picture of
the direction we would like our life to take. At times we may have difficulty
managing relationships with friends and family and wonder why our best
intentions are failing.
As business executives we may reach the pinnacle
of our career, only to realize life is lonely at the top.
Or as small business
owners, we feel the burden of responsibility and operate at such a hectic pace,
there is little time to focus on leadership and management style or business
objectives.

What
we look for in a client...
| 4 |
You
Dream Big! |
| 4 |
You're ready to do the work....planning or working on an exciting
challenging project |
| 4 |
Examples
of a project (Job search, recent promotion, desire a promotion,
create your brand, new business, grow a business, align with your purpose in
life, make a dream or vision come true, create an extraordinary life) |
| 4 |
You're
open to new possibilities |
| 4 |
You
know that what you create with your life is entirely up to you. |
So,
what can I expect from coaching?
Focus is
power. The first step will be for you and your coach to truly define
with clarity the results you are committed to achieving. Next, you will
assess, with absolute candor, where you are right now and where you want to
be – and what’s in between. Your coach will help identify the things that
keep you from achieving the results you desire and deserve – and then work
with you to create a game plan. It is not based on hope. It is not
based on theory. It is modeled after those who have already achieved real
results.
Just as a
personal fitness trainer helps you raise your standards for accelerated
results in your body, your coach will challenge and support you in attaining
the results you desire and deserve. Our coaching programs are designed
to empower you with the focus, training and accountability you need to
achieve the consistent results you demand in the most important areas of
your life.
You will take
massive, intelligent action to achieve your goals.
Your coach will
empower you by holding you accountable to the commitments you make. Your
coach will help measure, monitor and manage your progress, and along the way
support you to take consistent action that leads to the results you demand.
Simply
email
us or call 904.388.9991 to set an appointment for your Discovery Session.
This
is an initial conversation to see if we're a good fit, and if coaching can
make a significant impact in your personal or business life right now.
If we're a good match, we'll structure an ongoing coaching relationship. Even
if we're not a match, my commitment is to give you a sense of what coaching
feels like, and to move you forward in the area that is most important to you.
We are also happy to refer you to other coaches. Call...There's nothing
to lose, and so much to gain.
Typically,
your coaching relationship includes
your
monthly phone sessions, possible assignments to be completed prior to consult,
email coaching and 5-10 minute "power calls" as required... because
sometimes life doesn't happen on schedule!
